Founder

Mac Walsh

Mac Walsh is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in FinTech, integrated payments, and software. He began his career at CardConnect, where he was part of a team that navigated multiple M&A events before transitioning out of what was then Fiserv as Director of Integrated Solutions.

He later co-founded and bootstrapped CardSmart, scaling it into a multimillion-dollar ARR business that processed billions of dollars in payment volume in fewer than six years.

Mac pairs his professional experience with a lifelong passion for golf. As a proud member of clubs in the United States and abroad, he has a deep appreciation for the camaraderie, tradition, and community the game inspires.

He believes technology, software, and payments represent enormous opportunities to simplify daily club operations. After all, why should the easiest parts of running a club be the hardest?

Cameron Small, PGA

Cameron Small is the Head Golf Professional at Llanerch Country Club and only the eighth person to hold the position in the club’s 107 year history. Previously one of the longest-tenured First Assistant Professionals at Aronimink Golf Club, Cameron went on to become one of the youngest head professionals in the Philadelphia PGA Section. A well-regarded tastemaker in golf merchandising and pro shop operations, he brings HeyPro an invaluable understanding of golf operations, merchandising and retail, member experience, and the details that make a good club truly great.

Quinn Joseph

Quinn Joseph brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective shaped by experience across club operations, payments and software, and golf apparel and equipment. He began his career as an assistant professional at French Creek Golf Club before joining CardSmart, where he worked alongside HeyPro founder Mac Walsh. Quinn has since built a successful career on the vendor side of the golf business and currently represents Cleveland Golf and Srixon through Dunlop Sports Americas. His experience gives HeyPro valuable insight into club relationships, vendor operations, and industry distribution.
